Bistrot Langka has become one of Phnom Penh’s most popular eateries with a simple French bistro style, a tasty concise menu, and a casual vibe. You might pay a little more given its popularity but it’s good value for money. I had 3 courses a drink and no alcohol and spent $22US. Bistro Langka is located at the end of a lane off Preah Norodom Boulevard and near Wat Langka and Patio Hotel.
