Peace Cafe is a pleasant vegetarian cafe on a shaded block with a traditional Khmer house, sofas and laid back vibe (it changed location in 2015). It’s located by the river, towards the temples from Siem Reap town. It’s a little away from the centre but worth the effort - especially for vegans and vegetarians.  One friend described it as a great place for yoga - with ok food. Our food was OK too - but it’s a very nice spot to unwind. They also serve juices and smoothies. Check out the yoga classes too.
