Just off the beach (not one you're likely to be swimming at) on the Kep to Kampot road. Close by the Boat House and a 15 minute walk to the Crab Market.

All rooms are thatched stucco bungalows pricedt from US$25. There's wifi but no air-conditioning.

It's a compact setting but there's plenty of garden space, a small restaurant and bar. The restaurant serves both local and Western food. Staff are friendly and speak good English.

Facilities brief:
No air-conditioning, no pool. In-room wifi, breakfast included, small bar and restaurant, compact setting
