If a chocolate craving gets the better of you during a stay in Phnom Penh, make a bee-line for Chocolate by The Shop - right next to The Shop cafe on St 240. Chocolate, a second project from the Belgian owner of The Shop, produces all of its own chocolates locally using international ingredients. Like The Shop, it’s located in a handsome old shophouse and is a great stop for a sugar hit either in the form of one of their delicious  chocolates, an ice cream, or both.
