Cafe Metro is perfect for a glass of wine or a cocktail right on the Phnom Penh riverfront. The feel inside is lounge-cum-cocktail bar and there's outside seating as well. Great friendly feel, good food. A longstanding favourite with residents and visitors. It's non-smoking until 10PM.
