Saigon bids Givral and the Eden Centre farewell

Saigon's Eden Centre and its legendary Givral Cafe face imminent demolition. Looking across Saigon's most historic square - home to the former South Vietnamese National Assembly and the Continental Hotel, Givral has been at the centre of Saigon life for decades. As Saigon remembers the 35th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War, its architectural past is rapidly disappearing.
