Visitors to Tra Vinh try and time a visit to Hang Pagoda to coincide with the dusk flight of storks that live around it. It's a pleasant cycle or motorcycle ride (around 6kms south) from town. The monks are friendly and keen for a chat. They'll also invite you for a look at their wood carving workshop minus any hard sell.
