Review

Two young Brits, Gavin and Steve opened Life’s a Beach on Quy Nhon’s Bai Xep in 2014. It’s a small collection of simple huts right on the beach and it’s attracting a mainly young backpacker crowd.

You can go to the top end and take a bamboo bungalow or you can budget and sleep on a hammock. In between there are also a handful of dorm beds.

Life’s a Beach is located next to Haven and not far from the Avani Quy Nhon. There’s one large bungalow over two levels as well as a shared dorm style bungalow. Like Haven next door, Life’s a Beach is in a small fishing community so there isn’t a whole lot around except beach and local life. Perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

The guys from Haven have opened another place a little further south of Bai Xep. We haven't visited yet.
