If you're passing through Ha Tien, spend a day visiting some of the local sites, taking a dip at Mui Nai beach and soaking up the atmosphere of a friendly little border town suddenly experiencing an uptick in traveller interest. Everything can be done from a bicycle or motorcycle taxi (or local taxi for the less energetic). Roads are fairly quiet and the country is flat.
