Oskar Bistro is a bright spot on the Phnom Penh riverfront with cocktails, wines and food in a cool, classy setting.

Oskar is a little beacon of tasty cocktails, wine, food and class amidst the mainly mediocre offerings of Phnom Penh's riverfront.

French owned it’s the offspring of Oskar in Bangkok. Dress up a little, Oskar's is a tad fancy. Come for a drink or dinner. The cocktail and wine list are both extensive.

Oskar's kitchen serves up tasty international fare from a concise menu - salads, pasta, steak and more. We’ve had a couple of enjoyable meals here and the crowd’s coming equally for food and drinks.

The bar gets busy on weekends and stays open late.
