Sovanna is a popular local Khmer barbecue - a good place for a casual bite and a beer with plenty of local character. Staff speak variable English, dishes don't seem to be presented in any particular order - but it's friendly and fun. Sovanna is located a short distance south east of the Independence Monument. There are two Sovanna restaurants on the same street - we assume from the same owners. We've eaten at the one closest to Preah Sihanouk Blvd.
