Sugar Palm's a veteran of the Phnom Penh culinary scene with a dependable menu of Khmer staples. At the beginning of 2015, Sugar Palm relocated to new digs in a much nicer colonial era space opposite the grand old Sisowath High School. Food's good, the setting's nice and bright and the staff are friendly and helpful.
