The River House is a survivor of the Phnom Penh nightclub scene. The soundtrack is dance / pop, and the mainly young Khmer crowd makes for an atmosphere that's friendly and fun. It's located on the main riverfront strip and has an open airy bar space as well as an enclosed dance space. Open late.
