Part restaurant and part showroom for Italian luxury brands - Maserati, Vespa and Armani - Casa Italia is located in a grand colonial-era villa in Hanoi’s French Quarter. It’s an ideal cafe escape by day - Italian coffee of course - and a relaxed pizza, pasta and salad house by night. The building was once the Italian Ambassador’s residence and is still owned by the Italian government - hence the dual function. Located a short walk from the rear of the Metropole Hotel, Casa Italia often hosts exhibitions and events. This recommendation, like everything on Rusty Compass, is independent. We paid our way at Casa Italia.
