Ngon - which means delicious in Vietnamese - is a large open festival of street food in the comfort of a restaurant space. Packed with locals and travellers in a huge old French villa, the setting and the food are great.  A vast menu of local favourites is served from stalls just like on the street - giving you a good look over the fresh ingredients and how the dishes are prepared. There's indoor and outdoor dining. This is an easy place to begin exploring the rich variety of Vietnamese food.
