In the heart of the tourist area in Hanoi’s old quarter, Rockstore’s a dependable, vibrant, venue, most nights with a mix of DJs and live tunes. On arrival, it looks like an American style diner. The further you delve into its cavernous depths, the darker it gets. The entertainment varies wildly - classic rock DJs one night, Viet techno another, alternative live rock another. The crowds a mix of locals, expats and travellers. There’s a good selection of beers and pub snacks too.
