Tuk Tuk serves up good Thai cuisine in a bustling, funky downtown Saigon space.

If Tuk Tuk’s packed tables are anything to go by, Thai cuisine is enjoying a surge in interest with young Vietnamese. You may struggle to get a table. The food’s good, the bistro-style space buzzes and the decor is bright and warm.
