The guys from Heart of Darkness run one of Saigon’s most popular craft beer operations. Their tap room’s a buzzing space of beers, food, events and live music - right downtown. It's a good spot for craft beer afficionados to experience Saigon’s flourishing scene. Heart of Darkness takes its name from Joseph Conrad’s classic novel and the beers do too. There’s Kurtz’s Insane IPA, Pitiless Folly Pale Ale and many more. There are plenty of choices. We haven’t eaten here yet but the food menu has plenty of choices to keep hunger at bay as you explore the liquid menu. Heart of Darkness is located on Ly Tu Trong St - nearby the city’s eating and drinking centre.
