Alternative bar space on Saigon’s fringe of live music and events. Good mixed crowd of young expats and locals. Indoor and outdoor areas. About 10 minutes from downtown by cab.

Saigon is home to a big community of young English teachers from around the world. They seem to work up a formidable thirst by the end of the teaching day - and they underwrite a significant part of the city’s international nightlife.

They also have a healthy appetite for events and live music, and tend to favour relaxed, well priced, sociable spaces. Indika ticks all those boxes.

Locals and travellers like the Indika feel too.

Indika runs over a large indoor and outdoor space.

They also serve food - we haven't tried it yet.

Check for regular events.
