Martini Bar at Saigon's Park Hyatt is now known as 2 Lam Son. It's a classy spot for a quality cocktail or a glass of wine - but the price premium is substantial. Try and come during happy hour between 6pm and 8pm when most drinks are reduced by 50%. 2 Lam Son is refreshingly smoke-free.
