Hoi An based Frenchman, Etienne Bossot runs popular sunrise and sunset tours of the beautiful countryside around the old town. The tours capture fishing villages, river and rural life and are designed for enthusiastic amateurs. I haven’t yet had a chance to take one of Etienne’s tours but I know plenty of people who have and he gets rave reviews. Etienne also runs longer workshops in other parts of Vietnam and throughout the region.
