Introduction

We stayed at the Anh Van Hotel. It wasn't pretty. It looks more like a nightclub than a hotel, but it was good value for money, well located and comfortable enough in a no-frills way. There wasn't much English spoken.

We'll be checking out more Ha Tien hotels in 2012.

There are plenty of similar hotels in the same part of town near the food market.

There are no atmospheric hotels in Ha Tien as far as we're aware. Nor are there any deluxe or boutique properties.
