Nem Nuong is a DIY grilled pork rice paper roll dish served with plenty of greens. The Nha Trang variety is highly regarded throughout Vietnam and Nem Dang Van Quyen is the place to try it. Packed with locals at lunch and dinner. Not far from the markets. They also have a thriving business selling takeaway Vietnamese fish cakes.
