These slightly odd A frame structures sit on a wonderful spot with superb views across the Son River and Phong Nha’s karst mountain terrain. If the 6 bungalows and their balconies were about 20% larger, the place would be pure, budget delight. Guests I spoke with loved it anyway. Staff are friendly and it’s well-priced. Rooms start at around $25USD. It’s around 1km from the main tourist centre further along the river.
