Chen Sea Resort was one of the first luxury arrivals on Phu Quoc Island and it remains a favourite with a stunning beach frontage, great facilities and a serene location away from the development along Long Beach.

Location

On a beautiful, if slightly remote stretch of beach. It's peaceful but restaurants, other resorts and the town, are some distance away.

Review

Chen Sea offers an excellent contrast to La Veranda, our other favourite upscale Phu Quoc resort. It’s remote, serene, in modern bungalow-style and on a large, lush beachfront block with a small number of spacious villas.

Design, ambience and people

Chen Sea’s 36 villas are sparsely set out across a large block. Rooms are spacious with timber floors and all have views to the sea from verandas with large built-in baths. Room interiors are very simple and tasteful.

Pool villas have private pools. There are also rooms suitable for families.

The main pool is Phu Quoc's finest - it's large and attractively set by the beach.

The grounds are spacious and green but the manicuring may be a tad overdone - especially in such a natural setting.

Chen Sea Resort and Spa Facilities Brief -
Beautiful beach location with good swimming, free wifi, restaurant, cable TV, air con, mini bar, private pool (pool villas), large beachside pool, spa, water sports including kayaking, sailing, snorkelling.
