The Exchange is a grand French colonial villa located beyond Wat Phnom that's been stripped back and transformed into a gastropub style venue. It could be anywhere in the world. The interior features exposed brick, timber floors and cool decor. The drinks menu is extensive too. A good place for a quiet drink or a drink and a meal. There's also an outdoor beer garden and occasional live music.
