The rooftop of Van's restaurant sees few customers. And that makes it a great little spot to wrap up a Phnom Penh day. Van's, is located in the impressive colonial era Bank of Indochine building and has great views across the historic Post Office Square and down to Wat Phnom. Grab a beer, a cocktail or a glass of wine and hang around for dinner if you feel like something special. The building's well worth a visit in its own right. Unsurprisingly, prices are higher than your average Phnom Penh tourist hangout - but they won't shock anyone accustomed to drink prices in the West.
