Lovely boutique hotel down a quiet street in the Wat Bo area. Architect designed, cool comfortable rooms and well priced.

Location

Pages Rooms is located in Street 24 in the Wat Bo area of Siem Reap. This is probably our favourite area to stay. It’s away from the hustle of the Old Market, but only a 10 minute walk away. There are good restaurants and cafes within easy reach too. The street itself is usually quiet too.

In Siem Reap, access to design and character in hotels and resorts is not limited to the luxury price point. Pages Rooms makes the point well. Rooms are usually available at around $50US. And they’re very nicely done.

Review

There are two main categories over nine rooms. There are also two apartments. The lead-in rooms are a comfortable 25sqm. The next category up are a spacious 35sqm. The apartments are 52sqm and can accommodate a small family.

Pages is owned by Asma Architects, one of the most prominent architectural firms in Siem Reap. Asma created many of our favourite Siem Reap hotels, including Viroth’s, which is directly across the road.

The front building in the small complex dates back to the 1960s. The new building was built in the early 2000s. It all feels good.

Pages Cafe is a cute little spot in front of the hotel that you’ll likely spend some time in as well.

The staff are friendly and helpful - but the service isn't always slick or attentive. It was fine for us.
