Last updated 24 Dec 2017

This handpicked list of the best experiences the temples of Angkor and Siem Reap, was updated in December 2017.

The incredible temples of Angkor will naturally take up most of your time during a visit to Siem Reap. Take your time. The longer you spend exploring the temples, the more you’ll appreciate them and their incredible natural setting.

Siem Reap town provides a great base for temple exploration, and a great diversion when you need a break from them too. Like too much of anything, too many temples packed into too little time will leave you feeling numb.

Siem Reap’s relaxed rhythm and a handful of sights around town will add to the amazing temple experience and keep you fresh for each return adventure.

Check out our independent list of recommendations.
