Newly opened in 2017, Balthazar was quiet during our visits - but that may suit those seeking a place for a glass of wine. Especially if you've just been on Pub St. Lounge-style decor and an impressive wine list, Balthazar looks over the river in the Wat Bo area. It's around 500 metres from the Old Market. This is the only proper wine bar we’ve found in Siem Reap so if that’s you’re looking for, pop by.
