Banh Trang Nuong is a Dalat specialty and a simple culinary pleasure. It’s also known as Vietnam's pizza. It consists of rice paper, dried shrimp, eggs, pork and a few other goodies. If you're a solid eater you may need two. I ended up buying these from around the market in the afternoons. The ladies will prepare them before your eyes. There are plenty of other places selling banh trang nuong too. Follow the crowds. Not to be missed.
