Cosy, popular expat bar on one of the alleys just off Pub St. Drinkers gather around a small U shaped bar for drinks and conversation. The space is small, the feel is friendly and the drinks flow freely. Picasso also serves tapas - which we haven't tried yet. They allow smoking inside so the air gets pretty thick on a busy night.
