A favourite with locals needing a hit of Hue's unique cuisine. Very simple spot with tasty banh beo, cha tom, banh nam and other Hue treats. Pop in for a snack at least. Madam Ba Do is the eccentric owner and is great for a laugh. Take a look in the kitchen and see how these amazing dishes are made.

Love this place. I visited three consecutive afternoons during my recent visit to Hue.
