The ATC Villas have been on Con Dao since the 1990s. Some of the buildings in the complex (including these apartments) date back to French times. They have two bedrooms and a living room as well as a perfect view across the bay.

Saigon Tourist, a massive Saigon based hotel company has built Con Dao's first large hotel - Saigon Con Dao Resort. Renowned for poor renovations and mediocre hotels across the country, this new resort is an unfortunate development for the island. In one leap this new property has seriously compromised one of the island's heritage sites - the Con Dao prison in which so many of Vietnam's twentieth century nationalist leaders were incarcerated by the French in the 20s, 30s and 40s.

The Con Dao Seatravel Resort is the newest hotel on the island. Owned by a young local couple, all these bungalows are 50USD per night.
