Dalat’s flower gardens are close to town and easily visited. Beautiful flowers are scattered among plenty kitsch as well lots of concrete and hard tiles.

Bright colourful blooms abound as do lovely trellises of orchids but the ubiquitous Da Lat tack also gets a look in in the form of giraffes Mickey Mouse rubbish bins and Fantasia brooms carrying buckets of flowers.

It’s very close to town and for 50 cents it makes for a very pleasant stroll, especially late in the afternoon when the golden hues of the waning sun show the colours at their most vivid.
