Overlooking St Joseph’s cathedral in a classic colonial era space with original tiles and some original features. Reasonable cafe food and coffee. Not a bad spot to get some work done. The balcony has what may be the best view across the cathedral. Looking a tad shabby after close to a decade without much by way of maintenance.
