Luna d’Autunno has been serving Italian cuisine across various locations in downtown Hanoi since the 1990s. The interior of the latest incarnation won’t win any design awards, but Luna is a dependable stop for pizza, pasta and other Italian standards. Italian chef and founder Gino passed away some years ago. His partner, Hang, a Hanoi local, runs the show now, and creates a welcoming atmosphere on the floor. The wine selection - we drank by the glass - is good. The location of smokers on the ground floor is unfortunate. Non-smokers journey through the smoke to a non-smoking area upstairs.
