The Hoi An Roastery juggernaut landed with a bang in Hoi An in 2016 - opening 4 cafes in handsome old town buildings in a short space of time. The coffee, sourced in Vietnam's highlands, is the focus. They also serve juices, cakes, sandwiches and a handful of local dishes. The outlet at the corner of Le Loi and Nguyen Thai Hoc St is the most impressive - and a good spot for people watching. Upstairs is especially nice.  You're likely to stumble upon Hoi An Roastery outlets wherever you are in the old town. The people behind Hoi An Roastery, an American and a Dutchman, also now own Cocobox - another popular little cafe in town.
