The people behind Mix Nha Trang (they really are Greek) have opened up in Hoi An's old town, right by the Japanese Bridge. It's a casual affair and the food gets high marks for flavour and portions (we've tried the place a couple of times). Staff are friendly too. One of the Greek owners is usually on hand to ensure everyone's happy. There is surprisingly little culinary variety in Hoi An's old town. And there's a shortage specialists too. Mix is a welcome addition on both counts.
