If you're seeking out a glass of wine in Hoi An's old streets, White Marble offers the old town's most extensive wine list. We counted a balanced 15 wines - Old and New world - by the glass on the menu and many more by the bottle. The family of one of the owners, Nick Hatton, also owns a winery in Victoria Australia.

Wines by the glass start from around 130K VND and 600K VND by the bottle.
While White Marble sells itself as a wine bar, they do a good job on food too with a mix of Asian and Hoi An inspired small plates as well as cheese and mezze plates.
White Marble is one of the best places to watch the Hoi An night pass. It's set around some of the old town's most picturesque heritage architecture and a perfect distance from the epicentre of tourist chaos around the Japanese bridge.
The air-conditioned upstairs dining room is a uniquely cosy spot in the old town.

Rusty Compass reviews are always independent. We list the places we think you should know about. That’s it. No money changed hands for this listing and we’ve mostly paid our way on visits to White Marble. We’ve been fans for years and the owners are also old friends. We may have received the odd glass on the house over the years.
