Basic rooms and not a lot by way of character, the The Long’s best feature is its location in the beautiful Ninh Binh countryside.

Location

Right opposite the departure point for boats to Tam Coc. A great spot for cycling in the local countryside and a definite improvement on staying in Ninh Binh town. There’s nothing much else around so nights will be quiet here,

Review

The The Long is another bland Ninh Binh Hotel. It’s comfortable and reasonably clean but its best feature is its location amidst Ninh Binh’s limestone karst formations. This is a perfect spot for staging bicycle trips into the countryside. Tam Coc boats leave from right outside the hotel and pretty much everything else is easily accessed from here too.
